subject: Skin cancer moles [print this page]

As skin cancer moles are quickly detected when wet, check for them while bathing. If required, use the help of a mirror to check parts of the body you can't see. Don't forget to check between fingers and toes, behind the knee and the groin region.

Note the spots you find moles on your body, and keep checking on them for changes. If moles seem to change, and look cancerous, don't delay visiting your doctor. While some doctors claim they can tell if a mole is cancerous, a biopsy is a surefire test of finding out if the skin moles is indeed cancerous, and its extent of cancer.
