If you have any of these other conditions, you may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely take Risperdal. Patients suffering or having a liver problem, kidney problem, heart disease or high blood pressure disorder, prior record of heart attack or stroke, deficiency of white blood cells, breast cancer or seizures and diabetes should consult the doctor as there might be a need of adjustment in the dosage. Use this medication carefully in the older people as this medication can cause fatal heart attack or strokes if the patient is having dementia problem. Over dosage of drug could be equally harmful and should be avoided. Make sure you also let your doctor know if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or a lactating mother.
