Most businesses are out there thinking they have everything figured out. Suddenly one day they are not getting the demand that they had come to expect. An effective method would be to hold a company wide meeting so that everyone gains a clear understanding of the basics of customer relations. This is a cost free method of CRM you can easily use.

The results that you are able to get from your attempts to give free versions of CRM are likely to be iffy. It is difficult to say how well you will do without knowing what kind of experience you have in this field. If you are very experienced then you may be able to deliver the same quality that a professional CRM person would be able to deliver. If you are less experienced then it may be almost a complete waste of time.
