Why A Student Cant Find A Good Job. The Wide-spread Mistakes

If you are a student, it appears hard to find a job different from one among service staff or low paid positions in the public service sphere. Being a student with ambitions in mind and no experience in fact turns out to be frustrating. What is necessary to do to become a valuable worker? Lets point out the main problems students can face while searching a job.

Lack of experience

Employers are looking for experienced workers as there is no need in training them. Even if one knows all that theoretically, they should have practice to proof their skills.

Need of flexible schedule

The necessity to combine studies and work causes a lot of annoyance for companies. As a rule, highly paid job demands fulltime working day. Distance learners, though, can easily regulate their studying regime, so, they have more privilege.

Failed interview

Many students cannot get a good job because of rude mistakes they make during an interview. The mostly wide-spread among them are:

1.Unsuitable behavior. Some students chew gum, loll in the arm-chair, look nervous or, on the contrary, all on edge, another words, do everything to make bad impression;

2.Many college students are pretty sure they deserve a highly paid work and allow themselves to be arrogant with the interviewer;

3.One more reason is that students who go to an interview dont wear proper clothes. It is possible for a student to find suitable outfit for a budget price.

Bag and baggage, students and college graduates usually start with low and middle positions in the organization hierarchy. It is clear that new workers first need to realize themselves for employers to assess their strong and weak points and, moreover, to get some practical skills before moving up. Mind you, some companies work willingly with students without a degree but a high salary can be hardly expected here.
