A great way to start out your day of relaxation is with a nice facial. This can include a range of things including a massage and gentle cleansing. A mask may also be an option, as is oil to be used on the face.

The facial is nothing compared to a full body massage. These are usually available in time increments, so you can choose to have just 15 minutes or a full hour. You can also specify only a back massage, if you prefer and is a good way to start off the day.

You might also be interested in a pedicure, manicure or both. These are nice treatments suitable for male or female and can be very relaxing as your feet or hands are soaked in warm water, rubbed and moisturized. You'll feel very pampered.

A hot vapor bath will let you steam out the impurities in the body. They will perspire out from the heat while the steam tones the skin. Then, take a cold shower to rinse it all away and tighten up the pores again.

There are usually a number of different treatments to try out, including things like hot stone therapy. Call ahead and ask or stop by the day before so you can book exactly what you want.

Although every spa is different, they are all going to have a list of services that you can select from, a menu of sorts. Ask if they offer special packages, most will have discounts on combos of their services.
