My own experience and what I recommend is to go online do your research and make sure that the course uses some form of accelerated learning techniques. Once you have chosen the Spanish course that you think is right for you one very important tip is don't try to do too much too soon. This is a mistake I made because probably like you I wanted to be able to speak fluent Spanish by tomorrow but more haste less speed gets you to your target destination much more quickly.
The final tip I would give you is time management set at least one hour a day every day and you will be amazed at the results.
