You should be fully conscious about the evidence which will be used in the hearing or any particular witness for examination in the court. You must have known who they are and what you have to talk about them in the court.

Your voice should clearly audible to all the listeners in the court. Your approach should be loud and clear so that it will be impressive for the judge to take his discussion in favor of your party. You are allowed stop proceedings of the court at any period to ask for the explanation or ask people to slow down. If you think the speeches are a bit faster for you, then you could ask the judge to have larger gaps between the segments.
