Now the new semester has begun. After a long summer holiday, kids can not adapt themselves so quickly to the busy study. Faced with new study task, they often feel anxious. Parents and teachers should not to hurry to bring kids into study. If they do like this, it will make side effects. Having a wonderful and free summer holiday, kids can not enter their roles quickly as adults can feel uncomfortable after a long vacation. In view of this teachers should not make too much homework for kids. They should add task day by day. As parents , they should allow their do some activities that they took in the holiday.

Besides, it is the obligation of both teachers and parents to help kids bring kids hearts back to study. Actually, this is a difficult work. The younger the kids are, the more difficult it will be for playing is the nature of kids. It is possible that kids are reminding the happy days that they had experienced in the summer holiday. Perhaps, they are thinking when they can play some interesting games again even though they are in classroom, looking at blackboard. Confronted with these problems, teachers should not arrange some important classes at the beginning of a new term. And teachers should attempt to tell something interesting things to stimulate kids to study. Parents should remind kids to study instead of demanding.

It is a fact that kids must visit some enjoyable places that they dreamed to visit again. Or kids may play some exciting games that they can not forget. Therefore, it is better to take them to play these games and visit some playgrounds. Do not worry what you do will make kids lose interests to study. Just remember to make these entertainments as prizes. Then kids will have positive attitudes towards study.

Finally, do not forget supervise kids do some necessary exercise for exercise can help kids relax kids. And suitable exercise can help kids reduce study pressure. However, the intense exercise is not suitable, for kids have to go to school the next day. Therefore, it is better to choose some gentle exercise. It is no doubt some light exercise will help kids have a better sleep, then they will have enough energy to study.
