In this case you will have to clean it more often. So, the best solution is the interior made out of material. Most of these materials have a grey color so you don't have to worry about cleaning it too often.
Another thing that you could do is to talk to your friends and family members that know their way around cars. It would be a good idea if you ask a specialist bout his opinion also. You can actually take the car that you are interested in for a test drive or maybe you can rent one for a few days.
