The third that that is needed is time. Give you business the time that it needs to develop. I'm sure that you've heard the phrase, "Rome was not built in a day". Well, no business was either. So once you have gotten the knowledge and taken action to get things moving, give your business some time. You will start to see the traffic come and people starting to buy. All it takes is time.
