Plan early on the destination you want to go out of school times are a lot quieter and a considerable amount cheaper too. Some people enjoy hot climates with sunbathing and relaxing by the sea or pool where as others enjoy mountain top skiing and activities and vice versa.

Once you are certain of the destination go and find the best travel agent or company that can offer a deal and best service. Package holidays include flights and transfers which are already set up for you. Check all the small print and do not be afraid to ask questions such as is insurance included.

Holiday insurance is a must have so buy it as a package or alternatively get your own. Are all the passports valid? Check the date and insure they do not expire while you are away as you will not be able to return on an expired passport. Keep all passports together.

The essentials such as sun tan protector and after sun should be bought in advance, so should any medication pre-scribed should be ordered.

Stomach tablets such be4 taken as a caution as some food immediately does not agree with us, this is due to the way they prepare and cook different in other cultures.

Buy bottled water to insure you do not ruin the holiday be getting a bad stomach.
