Turkey has been rated as one of the top destinations worldwide because tourism numbers have soared over the last few years. Dalaman in particular has been enjoying this boom of interest and with Dalaman International Airport the near commercial airport in the region tourists can't help but spend time there.
If you have ever seen Jurassic Park you will have instantly noticed the great natural beauty which blesses the landscape, well guess what? You can enjoy all that in Dalaman. Finding it hard to believe? Well that's because you haven't been of course! The only way you are going to discover this is by heading on over to the wonderful south coast of Turkey which is known as the 'Turkish Riviera'. As your flight is turning and lining up to land at Dalaman International Airport you will have a fantastic opportunity to view the landscapes beauty and if you pop in some headphones and put the Jurassic Park theme on then you will feel just like Dr. Grant himself. That is until some kid blows chunks all over you because he can't handle the turbulence, but you take the good with the bad when you fly economy.
What I consider to be the greatest job on Earth is that of a location scout/manager for films. Just imagine being paid to travel the world finding paradise after paradise. If that was my job I would most certainly put Dalaman down as a potential set for the likes of any adventure film. The best part of all is that the place is a great tourist destination because offers all the typical stuff you would expect. It's not like some run down village that has one well for drinking and a donkey for getting around.
I think you would struggle to find such a lively and diverse option as a holiday resort than Dalaman this summer, or indeed any other summer for that matter. Sure you may already have your favourites when it comes to holiday destinations, but trying something new is essential in life and when you try something new (Dalaman) you can stop and try nothing else after. Sorry if my humour is wasted on you.
