There are a few things we cannot control while on UK flights. Changes in gravity, air pressure, change in time zone and weather conditions are some of the conditions that are beyond us. However there are a few things you can do to make sure you are comfortable and easy when taking a flight to any destination.

It is good to have quality air even when traveling on the plane. It is a known that the front part of the plane has better air. You can consider reserving a seat at such places as well. Another idea is to find out if you can get a seat in the newest airplane in the airline. Newer carriers usually have better ventilation systems.

Another tip you can use if you fly frequently is to prepare your body at least a week before the trip. Be sure to keep away from food that strain and stress the body. They interfere with digestion and how gall bladder works. Some of the foods include fatty dairy products, fried and fatty substances, alcohol, cigarettes and chocolate.

It is advisable to make a few changes to your diet a week before flying. Make it a habit to avoid foods that causes strains on the digestive system and the gall bladder. This helps you to be comfortable on the day of travel. It also helps to minimize the number of visits to the toilet. Avoid foods and substances such as chocolate, alcohol, cigarettes, fatty or fired diet.

Do not forget to wear comfortable clothes as well. Pick something light and be sure that you are warm. It is advisable to wear clothes that permit good blood circulation. If your body cramps easily, putting on such clothes can help to reduce the effect. They are also known to reduce poor circulation.

Consider buying some food to eat while you are on the flight. This allows you to have something to chew in between meals. It also keeps you from feeling tired and less energetic. Get a bottle of water, protein snacks such as nuts, dried or raw fruits.

You can carry personal items on UK flights too. If you love a particular scarf or jacket, carry it with you as you travel. It allows you to relax and feel comfortable in the new setting. Be sure to get an iPod, walkman or a book to keep your mind away from the flight.
