Why Should I Buy Mexican Car Insurance

I just needed to let everyone know a little more about what Mexican car insurance covers and what it doesn't. I was at my folks barbecue the other day, celebrating my birthday, and my dad asked me about my internet business and my blogs. I told him a bit about what I am doing and how things are going, and he asked me what it was that he should know about Mexican car insurance, and more expressly to name a coverage that he didn't know about.

My fast response was that partial theft was not covered, and he asked what is partial burglary? I mean how can you've a partial theft, either it was robbed or it wasn't, it sounds to me like being partly pregnant. that's the characteristic reply from most northern Americans going to Mexico and hearing about this for the first time, and so I gave my dear of dad an illustration of partial burglary. Joe drives his new car with brand new chrome wheels into downtown Juarez, and parks his automobile along the street while he does some shopping. Joe returns fromspending and finds his brand new chrome wheels are missing, but the rest of the car is still there, or perhaps it was the radio that is missing, or any other part of the auto, but the auto itself is still there : that is partial burglary.

Well, my Dad did not have anything really nice to say of insurance companies, but that's ordinary for everyone. The point of the tale is that if you travel to Mexico you want to remember that partial burglary is not covered. The vehicle must be fully gone in order for burglary coverage to apply. Now, you and I'm able to have the philosophical debate about whether or not is should be covered, but that is a completely different subject.

Mexico is a fabulous place to vacation and to get out and enjoy life. Before youvacation, make sure that you get Mexican car insurance, and that you know some of its limitations. Partial theft isn't covered.
