Unsecured Personal Loans Online - What Are Your Options

Are you in need of a loan, but you do not have anything to offer as collateral? Do you need your money rather quickly because of an emergency or a desperate financial time? There are a few types of unsecured personal loans online that you can obtain and can do so very fast. These are for both good and bad credit and the option you choose will depend on your credit. Here are your online loan options.

If you have good credit, then you can probably log right onto your banks home page and apply for an unsecured personal loan. They will pull your credit, ask for some sort of income documents, and figure out how much money they are willing to lend you without asking for any collateral. They will probably call you from this point and let you know you have been approved and for how much. They, you will take your documents to them, sign the papers, and walk away with your cash. All within about 1-3 days.

If you do not have such good credit, then your options are a bit more limited. The first place to start if you have less than perfect credit is Prosper. They are an online company that matches individual lenders with individual borrowers. You will create an account, get a credit rating, create a loan listing, and wait for individuals to bid on your loan. When it funds you will pay prosper directly and they will pay your lenders. This option takes between 3 days and 10 days to fund your loan depending on how long you leave your listing up.

If your credit is just horrible and there is not a chance that a bank will ever touch you, then you can start with Prosper, but if you have trouble getting a loan with prosper, then you will probably have to go with a payday loan. This will be a short term loan that will be between $100 and $1,500 and is solely based on your income. They will not pull your credit and it will be one of the many types of unsecured personal loans online that you can get. You will have to have a checking account, prove your income, and prove your address, however.
