Hello there! I had a great experience last week when I flew with Japan Airlines JFK Terminal. The staff was polite and helped me at every stage of the check-in procedure. Although Terminal 1 isn't the most elegant, Japan Airlines' service more than makes up for it. The Sakura Lounge offered delicious food and was tidy and welcoming. It was easy to board, and the gate area was well-organized. I value JAL's ability to uphold its renowned hospitality from the land to the air. All in all, the experience was pleasant and soothing. It was the beginning of an amazing journey, and I would absolutely fly with Japan Airlines again.
