Santa Claus Songs For Kids Take To A Whole New World

How can anyone forget the easy and catchy tune of "Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way. Oh, what fun it is to ride In a one horse open sleigh"? Everyone remembers the Christmas songs that used to fill the childhood memories of fun a frolic. If we associate Christmas with three prominent things, even as adults, gifts, songs and obviously Santa Claus score the top positions.

Without Santa we can not imagine Christmas and so are the songs written and sung for him. Be it "Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose" or "Santa Claus is coming to town", kids love to sing as they decorate the Christmas tree and hang socks near the bed or leave cookies and milk on the fireplace.

Santa Claus songs for kids are much in demand during the festive Christmas season as kids sing to welcome Santa who would be bringing their favorite gifts for them. Even though Santa Claus tradition is controversial, the popular belief that he would visit kids through out the world on the Christmas eve is still going strong.

Santa Claus' World of Elves and Reindeers

Though elves or gnomes do not live in real, we believe that Santa Claus lives in his house in north pole with his wife, numerous elves and some reindeers. North pole is always covered with snow, the reason why Santa comes riding in a sleigh and wears his trademark red cloak with white collar and cuffs. He has a black leather belt and boots.

The facts about St. Nicholas has nothing to do with the popular belief of the imaginary life of Santa that kids believe in. Like fairy tales, they believe in the imaginary world where Santa lives is day to day life collecting information about kids around the world making a list of kids who have been naughty or nice throughout the year.

As kids imagine Santa and his toy making workshop, they weave their own stories around Santa. They write letters and leave notes for Santa at the fireplace and when they find their notes replaced with a gift, they believe in the folklore that stimulates their young brains. Popular kids music narrates the stories related to Santa that are sung with enthusiasm by kids. Santa Claus songs for kids can be a mode of never-ending fun for kids.

Santa Claus Teaches Kids to be Nice

When we find making kids understand values, making them believe in Santa is much easier and we can instill essential values through the various Santa Claus songs for kids. Likewise, you make your kid listen to:

Santa Claus is coming to town;

He's making a list,

And checking it twice;

He's gonna find out,

Who's naughty and nice.

The kids then understand to be nice and not naughty. Else, they may end up getting a lump of coal instead of a lovely gift. As they wait for their gifts, kids generously leave carrots and hay for Rudolf, the red-nosed reindeer and cookies and mince pie with milk for Santa. They learn the value of treating somebody with care.

Santa Claus Songs for Kids Makes Them Cheerful

As kids hum Christmas songs and wait for Santa they are merrier and happier than ever. What more do you need than a happy child singing to welcome Santa with the hope of getting a desired gift. They love to sit on the lap of Santa and whisper the gift they want singing songs fills the young mind with expectation of wish fulfillment.

The happy anticipation makes them get up from bed to check if Santa has already left their gifts on the Christmas eve. Even the most troublesome kid would be nice on that specific evening. When nothing else works, good kids music and the hope of Santa dropping by to leave gifts for them can make the kids happy.

It is true that the imaginary world of Santa Claus and his magical elves are a nice way to keep the young mind happy and cheerful. That is why you see malls and gift shops having a person wearing the traditional costume of Santa listening to the wishes of children who tell them what they want for Christmas.

Anywhere you go during the Christmas you hear Santa Claus songs for kids being played and you find kids tossing heads and taping their tiny feet listening to them. Even when the kids grow up the happy memories of waiting for their gifts from Santa and the description of Santa's world would remain in their minds for ever.
