These are solely online banks and banking sources that you might want to consider: PayPal, NetBank, Marketplace Bank, RBC Centura (this one was once Security First Network Bank/SFNB), TD Waterhouse Online Bank, USAA, Frost National Bank, nBank.com, Wescom Credit Union, Clarity Bank, Skylight Bank, American Express Membership Banking, Bank Caroline and Yahoo! PayDirect.
There are also some Internet/online banks that you really want to avoid like the plague as well; eBank.com and BankDirect.com are two of these. Each state in the U.S. does have at least 2 banks and credit unions that either do not exclusively use ChexSystems as a verification tool for new account or will take that information into account along with other credit information.
