This is a friendly establishment, not snooty in nature at all and serves some of the best food in the region. You may want to consider having dinner here before heading out to the Flying Squirrel for a night cap.
Absinthesalon is another bar that is so unique that you must stop in and have a drink and take a look around. This French parlor is elegant and interesting as it is a flash from the past as it has dedicated itself to the concept of the mystery drop. Here they offer you over 20 different varieties and allow you to use the water fountains with dissolving sugar cubes and you can drip them into your chosen drop. Just be careful as the majority of the drops are over 50% alcohol volume so be sure to drink slowly and responsibly when you visit.
