Even with this though the south isn't all sunshine and warmth as the UK isn't a really hot country in the winter, in the summer it can get nice but it is not boiling all the time.
Make sure that when buying UK property you have a set budget and a clear view of what you want to find or you may end up running around in circles a lot more than is needed and you will probably end up wasting your time and the estate agents time or the property finder depending on who you have chosen to help you find a UK property.
When you do start looking for UK property, make sure that you check to see if the estate agent that you are using is actually registered and is not an unregistered one as this can cause so many different problems, legally and mentally. They do cause a lot of problems.
You do not need to rush into anything when buying UK property so make sure that you are aware of this. But as well as being aware of this you need to know not to waste the estate agents time as they will not be very happy if they find out that they have done a lot of work for you and you haven't made any effort at all, as they will tell. If you haven't got much idea on what you are doing then be honest with them at the start and they will be able to help you properly and everything should run smoothly.
Make sure that at the end when about to make the purchase for UK property, do not get too comfortable until both you and the vendor have signed the contract before you start taking it a bit easier as nothing is official until both parties have signed.
