Feng Shui For Children Bedroom - Feng Shui Cures for Helping Kids Study

Feng Shui For Children Bedroom

Many of us have looked at the various ways to try and get our kids to study, to concentrate just that little bit longer and to try and focus and complete homework. We all know this is not easy and if we are honest enough we can look back to when we were kids and understand all the distractions we had and multiple them by ten.

For the most part it is the distractions which take away the focus, when we don't want to concentrate we are very easily distracted by the slightest little thing.

Feng Shui Cures look to remove some of the distractions and help us to focus our children, the worst thing we can do is ask them to focus so we have to help a little by providing a distraction free environment.

We all know that Feng Shui is about the flow of positive energy and of course how a room is cluttered or otherwise will affect the flow of energy. The Feng Shui Cure therefore is to provide some area in the home where children can study and focus on Homework. We don't all have the luxury of rooms we can allocate so perhaps it is just some space in a room. Feng Shui For Children Bedroom

Why not the bedroom, children love their toys and gadgets and of course they are all kept in their room, no matter how well you tidy the room they are still there within easy reach and are therefore a distraction. The threat to remove the TV etc from the room is OK until. You want some quiet time and want them back in their room. Much better to have a space allocated where we all know what the purpose is and we have planned it in a way that allows the flow of positive energy.

The Feng Shui Cure then is to try and ensure a room/space is allocated that is:

1. Free of all clutter.

2. In the western part of the room/house, this is the area connected to the health and happiness of children.

3. Place a Globe in between the west and north of the space, this will expand thinking and encourage long term goals.

4. Place a mirror on the wall to "expand" the space.

5. Put certificates or artwork belonging to the children on the wall and ensure it is in a white frame, this provides positive energy.

6. Ensure that there are no TV's in line of sight and all understand this is a quiet zone.

7. As always pick your Feng Shui Color nice soft yellow is a good example.

These simple but effective Feng Shui Cures will help but not overnight give the space and the children a chance to reach harmony. Feng Shui For Children Bedroom
