Buying Esplanade Place Condos Under $600,000

Esplanade Place is a condo community that is a cut above the rest of the offerings in the Phoenix area. While it is not as cheap to live in this area as it is in the Biltmore Cloisters, it offers a considerable amount more than you can expect from the ordinary condominium. A walk inside these apartments will reveal soft and cushy carpeting, spacious living and kitchen areas, unique interior design, and access to a gorgeous outdoor pool and sitting area. There is plenty of room for a single person or for an entire family, and it comes at just under $600,000, if you know where to look. But what if you have no prior experience with this area of Phoenix? How can you make sure that you are getting the price and the place that you want? There are a few things that you can do:

1. Contact a real estate agent

Tell them how many people are in your household, what your price range is, and exactly what kind of space and amenities that you are looking for in a condo. Too often people just try to find something based on price alone, and they often times end up paying more for less. A real estate agent, who is familiar with the area can set the potential home or condo buyer's feet on the right pathway and grant them access to all the things they dreamed of having, but without the high price tag and the constant worries about something going wrong and needing fixed, or the potential fall in property values.

2. Visit the places individually

It is not enough to just communicate what you want to an agent. It is also important that you set aside time to go and visit these locations and ask as many questions as you can about them. It is important to remember that not all issues with a residence are visible on the surface. Make sure you go over the place with a fine tooth comb, or decide on a location like the Esplanade Condos, where the units are kept to the highest possible standard of maintenance in the state of Arizona.

3. Make an offer

If you are on the fence about a property and it seems like it may be too high for what you are wanting to spend, it never hurts to make an offer. All homes and condos have been affected by the downturn in the housing market, so you never can tell when a price will drop (or rise). The condos that are available for under $600,000 are an absolute steal for the amount of luxury and convenience that you get. Take advantage before the prices start to go up again.
