That is the reason companies should realize the changed situation, and the changed paradigm. Skill level should get the top priority while hiring someone and not ones credentials. They think that it is a quick fix for all their problems and there is a magic wand with these guys, which will clear the current mess. However it is far from truth.

Social media campaigns should not be performed considering it to be a quick fix or a short term solution to the crisis.
