Signs Of Infertility - Important Tips To Be Aware Of For Women To Get Pregnant

When a woman has tried to get pregnant and has failed several times, the first question that comes to mind is whether they are fertile or not. Although this can be caused by many factors, there are still some warning signs of infertility that a woman can look out for.Normally, it would take anywhere from 4 months to a year of trying before anyone gets pregnant. One of the first signs of infertility is the fact that you are having a hard time conceiving. For some couples, it takes less than that. However, when you have gone past the one year mark, it may be a sign of a problem. Seeing a doctor would be the next step so that they can diagnose your problem correctly.

Another one of the signs of infertility that you should look out for is the sudden stop on your menstrual cycle. When this happens you may have Amenorrhea. However, people who suffer from Amenorrhea can also encounter other symptoms like increased facial hair, deepening of the voice and decreased breast size.

If you experience the signs of infertility mentioned above plus an increased level of testosterone, thinning hair, acne, oily skin, dandruff and skin tags on the neck and armpits, you might not be suffering from Amenorrhea alone. You may also have PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome. This disease is the leading cause of female infertility.

Other signs of infertility include painful periods, pain during ovulation, painful bowel movements or urination during period, pain during or after sex, lower back pain, diarrhea, constipation and stomach bloating. When you experience all these symptoms, then you may have endometriosis. This is another main cause of infertility.

Sometimes even the simplest things that you experience normally can cause infertility. Do you get stressed so much after working out? Do you often lose the drive to have sex? Did you suddenly gain so much weight? Stress, lowered sex drive and even obesity and being overweight can cause infertility. But most women choose to ignore this because they think it's a part of their lives.

Please remember that although you have these signs of infertility, it does not mean you will not get pregnant. There are cures and procedures that can be done to solve your infertility problems. There are so many variables to consider before totally giving up. A quick trip to the doctor will help enlighten your path towards parenthood.
