The Newest Craze In The Motorcycle Industry

Have you seen the latest craze in motorcycles? If not, let me tell you about the new minibike pocket rockets that are becoming so popular. I was driving down the street the other day and noticed someone opening the trunk of their car and pulling out what I thought was a toy. But upon closer inspection I could tell it was in fact a minibike. Simply do a search online for minibike pocket rockets and you'll find all kinds of pictures and articles about this new fad of motorcycles.

As you may know, in motorcycle nomenclature a rocket is a high-speed street bike capable of going very fast very quickly. These new minibikes are simply miniature versions of their larger cousins. Upon first seeing them it may seem impossible that an adult could possibly ride them. If you've not seen one of these being written, simply do a search online for videos of minibike rockets. There are hundreds if not thousands of popular videos out there demonstrating how these tiny motorcycles are designed and ridden.

Probably the most attractive feature of these tiny cycles is that you could actually carry them in the trunk of your car. Most motorcycles will leak fluids when turned on their side. However, these specialty cycles are made to be carried on their side in your trunk without leaking any fluids such as gasoline or oil. Then you can simply pull them out wherever you are and begin riding.

Many of the named brand cycle companies are building these small motorcycles as almost a novelty service to their customers. The prices range from a few hundred dollars up to many thousands of dollars. In fact, on some of the most popular auction sites, you'll find some of these highly customized minibikes selling for over $5000.

One has to beware of counterfeits however. There are many versions of these being produced overseas which are much lower in quality than those produced by the major motorcycle manufacturers. Before buying one of these online or at an auction site, make sure the seller is completely trustworthy in your view. It's best for those who are first purchasing one of these minibikes to buy from a local and reputable motorcycle dealer who is trusted locally. You can be assured in that case the minibike pocket rocket you by is of the best quality and you will in fact be able to purchase replacement parts as they are needed. Many times, the generic versions of the motorcycles have virtually no availability for replacement parts when they break.
