Competing For Keywords Is All About Building The Right Kind Of Backlinks!

It's a combo of competitiveness and time; if the competitiveness is low then the ROI is faster.

Lets take a look at what we mean when we talk about time. The problem most times is you do not get instant results, and believe me it drove me crazy too. You want to get a page indexed fast, build links...it's as simple as that. Submitting a site to Google is a total waste of time. I don't even think that requests go anywhere, you get crawled when you get crawled, top experts like Andy Jenkins taught me that. It's a marketer's joke now to submit sites to Google. Anyway...it takes a couple of months for Google to find all your links to your campaign and then change your ranking accordingly. So be patient...be consistent, and you will win. Also if the domain name is new, Google takes some time on to get to know a web site before it starts throwing a lot of rank and authority its way. So this is why people making a new website or product buy domains with age and page rank. For the most part it circumvents the get to know you stage, and your link building and SEO efforts make the traffic generation a lot faster. SEO and link building is a bit like fishing, you throw your line in and you wait. It takes a month or two for Google to find all your links. So don't plan to reap the rewards right away.

Now the hard part, you have to create content. The internet runs on content, so you have to create or outsource a lot of it so you can feed your link building campaign. For every link, you usually need a good piece of content. Building up a website is less SEO, that's really the fast and easy part, and more building a backlink campaign which runs on content. You need to build your content factory because that is the life blood of any backlinking campaign! You write articles, and then you spread them all across the web with links pointing back to your site.

Outsourcing these tasks is the primary goal, however its a one man show kind of deal until you are making money I know. So work it until you can build a team, after a team is built you can focus on creating content for your websites. Don't forget that web copy writing is a game all in itself, you are never done learning here as learning to be an effective online salesmen or saleswomen can seem like a lost art. You have to ask yourself if you are building a business or just having fun with a hobby. If it's a business you have to get serious about it.
Competing For Keywords Is All About Building The Right Kind Of Backlinks!

Your success or at least time to success can be largely predicted by the level of competition. For high competition, more links, better link popularity site wide and page rank are all determining factors in being able to compete. You are looking at keyword phrases that have a traffic range above 1000 to really be profitable. Start small and build up your linking skills to be able to take on bigger fish and then bigger profits. Im telling you page rank is fine, but dont worry about that too much.

All that matters is beating the links to a particular page you are trying to top. You just have to create more links than that number. You want a variety and ip diversity in your backlinks as having all blog comments or only profile links or forum comment links is highly suspect to Google and looks unnatural. However, a link is a link so get as many as you can and throw in other kinds for variety. You are on the way to dominating your online markets! Go compete for some keywords!
