Water treatment system aims at cooling water. As we know, the cooling water occupies about 70% of the total industrial water consumption.

Besides, there are some chemical methods when it comes to cooling water treatment, which includes the treatment for controlling the generation of scaling, dirt, corrosion and microorganism. Such chemical products as disincrustant, anti-blocking agent and prefilming agent play a vital role in the process of cooling water treatment. For instance, industrial discrustant has the function of clearing away the rust and sludge on the pipeline, which can be applied to steel, stainless steel and iron, copper, lead and ceramics as well as plastic. Besides, it is environmental-friendly and has no generation of volatilization gas as well as will not corrode the devices. Meanwhile, it belongs to water-solubility substance and can be added to water directly.

In the meantime, the static electricity method is also adopted by cooling water treatment. It is also called high-pressure static electricity method, whose hard core is static-electricity water processor that is made up of high-pressure direct-current power supply and water processor. Its mechanism is to polarize the water molecules further so as to increase the solubility of calcium carbonate, while the high-voltage electrostatic filed will destroy the cell tissue of bacteria and alga. Such a method has many advantages, such as small size, high efficiency, low power consumption, energy saving, convenient management, durable in use and environmental protection. Maybe, a little defect lies in the unconspicuous inhibitory action towards metallic corrosion.
