You will stay inspired longer every time you are rewarded for reaching a smaller goal and the winning feeling you get will be further incentive for achieving the subsequent weight loss goal on the way to achieving the larger goal.

You could be someone who is exceedingly inspired by being in a weight management group so that others in the group can help cheer you on and help you to remain inspired. Use the power of psyching yourself out to help incentivize you during the day. You may write inspiring messages on post it notes and stick them around at work and at home so that each time you see and read one your incentive will be stoked again. These post it notes also will be reminders to exercise and stick to your diet.

If you have acquired home exercise hardware do not hide it away out of sight, keep it in clear view so that you are going to have to see it every day and it will be a visible reminder to do some exercise.
