Fiji Honeymoon Guide To Spend Romantic Holidays

Did you know that Fiji is made up of 300 plus islands? Unfortunately, not all the islands have hotels and resorts. One of the most popular holiday destinations for a majority of honeymooners coming to Fiji is Turtle Island. As a matter of fact, a number of celebrities frequent this island when looking for an exclusive place to enjoy their vacation. The island measures approximately 500 acres. The lush beaches of the island are only accessible to the guest or by a boat ride. Other than its beautiful sandy beaches, the island is well known for its hospitality. Upon arriving at Turtle Island, you will be assigned a Bure Mama. In a laymans term, Bure Mama is your personal caretaker whose work is to make sure that your stay at the island is a memorable one. Some of the things that will make your stay at the island memorable are exclusive haven dinners, picnics at the beach and champagne for breakfast.

Accommodation at the Turtle Island

Your residence while staying at the Turtle Island is referred to as Bure. These are old-styled 2-room thatched villas. There are a total of fourteen cottages (i.e. Bures) at the island. This in turn means that the island can only accommodate a total of 28 guests at any given time. The 2-room Bures are situated along the well-known Blue Lagoon. Each Bure is separated by a substantial expanse. This in turn means that, you will relish your own exclusive exotic island experience.

The Bures have incorporated the conventional Fijian artistry with latest environmental building methodologies. Most of the timber used in the construction process was natured on the Island. In addition, the building materials used in the construction of the Bures were obtained from some of the islands. Therefore, while staying at the Turtle Island, you will relish the best of Fijian culture.

Activities at the Turtle Island

Some of the activities you will enjoy while residing at the Turtle Island include horseback riding and snorkeling amongst others. Basically, the activities you will enjoy while staying at the island will hinge on you given that the time spent at the island is your own. You can decide to take a walk along the beautiful sandy beaches, enjoy a boat ride into the blue waters or go scuba diving. All the activities at the island are inclusive of the amount you pay while making your reservations. Whats more is that you can reserve your own secluded beach for a day.
