When however you have the displeasure of talking to someone that acts as though the world is out to get them and has a down or poor attitude, that attitude most times ends up 'sticking' to you.
Business is now PROVING that attitude is the key to productivity!
Many employers are putting together information on how a person with a good attitude just handles stress better. We all know it is true from our experiences but now that is being backed up by the numbers. It is clear that not only are we happier but the way we handle stress is affected. Not only that, but a good positive attitude actually works as a defense AGAINST stress. No longer allowing stress to affect you anywhere near as strongly. Cool huh?
This may come as a bit of a surprise, but it makes sense if you think about it, optimists cope way more effectively with stress. They attain more when they take action making them very effective. And guess what? That in turn multiplies their results creating MORE optimism.
