subject: Easter With Family [print this page]

This Easter I have decided to gather all of the family together, including cousins and their families. I want to bring everyone together and spend the time enjoying good food and company. One thing that causes me especially much headache is the location. My city apartment is not even nearly big enough to seat twenty people. So I had to make some decisions. I called my mother to inquire whether she had any suggestions. And she did. She suggested celebrating the Easter at our summer cottage near which our grandparents lived. I was a bit doubtful because we had just ordered a new fireplace to be installed there before the summer and it was due to be ready only a week after the Easter holidays. My mother was thrilled about her idea of having the whole family and all the relatives at our summer cottage because that way we would be able to find a place for them to sleep, too.

After the phone conversation with my mother, I called Uunisept, the company that we had ordered our fireplace from. I explained the whole situation and said that I realized it well that it was two weeks before the Easter and I had little faith in organizing the celebration at our cottage. However, surprisingly the staff person at Uunisept started straightaway calling other people, calling their factory, calling the experts who were to install the fireplace. In a friendly manner, she told me that she would call me within an hour. I hung up and was still a bit dubious about all this, and started even reconsidering my lavish Easter idea.

In about 45 minutes, the same lady from Uunisept called me back and said that if they could access the cottage the next day, they could have the fireplace ready to be used two days before Easter. I couldnt believe my ears! After all, my grand idea of having everyone gathered together for an Easter supper might just become true thanks to the great service attitude and helpfulness of a staff member at Uunisept. This is what I call service.
