Chef and co-owner of the restaurant, Anello, originates from the Calabria region of southern Italy and he has spent decades working in the restaurant industry at dining outlets in Europe and the Caribbean.
He has lived in the Cayman Islands for over 15 years and his popular dishes include chicken supreme, chicken in mango sauce and lobster and shrimp rolls, and the menu also offers pastas, salads, burgers, and the signature conch fritters.
The restaurant's laidback atmosphere enables visitors to relax and savour exquisite cuisine throughout their holidays in the Cayman Islands and there is a wide selection of local beers, regional rums and fruity cocktails to choose from.
Holidaymakers can also enjoy a traditional Caribbean experience at the restaurant on Wednesday nights throughout the high season with live music, mouth-watering food, a limbo competition and performances from a fire-eater.
The General Manager of Comfort Suites, Thomas Mason, said that the new dining experience enhances the recently renovated hotel.
