2. Cheerleading

Cheerleading is a sport that will help you to stay fit as it involves various exercises like dance, cheers, stumbling and stunting. All these activities come together to form cheerleading as a sport. It is basically a 1-3 minute session and is performed by school and college kids or professional teams.

3. Cycling

This is perhaps the best reason why you would want to stay fit! How you learn cycling depends totally on you, but you don't need to take classes for learning cycling! Buy an appropriate cycle and ride along with your buddies. You can also learn cycling from friends and family and then whenever you feel take your cycle along for an awesome ride in the park.

4. Swimming

If your parents made you learn swimming when you were a kid, this will be fun for you. Swimming also helps to keep your body in good shape. According to what you like, you can choose what swim styles you prefer: Butterfly stroke, back stroke, breast stroke, freestyle swimming and the recent dolphin kick.

5. Tennis

Tennis is a wonderful sport to stay fit and indulge in something that is relaxing to the mind and body. Tennis has various benefits such as it reduces the risk of death in half, makes you vigorous and gives you a high self-esteem and also makes you alert. Moreover, a study says that tennis burns more calories than cycling, aerobics or ice skating. You can learn tennis by enrolling yourself in tennis clubs.
