In Central and South America, take a tour of the Amazon, followed by a visit to the Galapagos, famous for its unique wildlife. Nearby Costa Rica is home to the endangered leatherback turtle and its nesting grounds.

It is, of course, important when you are travelling with children to make sure that your destination welcomes younger family members. Fortunately, many experiences are tailored to family groups, allowing everyone to appreciate the wildlife and experience on offer.
