The girls are approached by the towns childlike mayor to defend the town from monsters. They protect Townsville, their fictional town, by using their super powers.

The main characters of the show are Pete Wrigley brothers. Joyce Wrigley is their mother and Don Wrigley is their father. Little Pete is four years younger than his brother and often gets into serious mischief like selling the house because his brother hangs out with a girl. Another funny part of the show is their mother has a metal plate in her head which can receive radio waves and play programs for them.
