The extensions can also be treated with keratin adhesive and by using a heat lamp this is melted to attach the extension to your hair. The great advantage here is that you can wash your hair regularly. Flip-in extensions can be used for a one off temporary effect.
Hair extensions can be made from synthetic or human hair, the latter having a more authentic look with less risk of damage.
