You can take a taxi from Sulthan Bathery in which you can visit all the tourist spots in Wayanad since the public transport to tourist centers are too little. All kinds of taxis are available though jeep is the vehicle that is used most. It is also the cheapest mode of transportation. It is the best vehicle to travel to places like Edakkal cave and deep into the forest. You can stay either at Bathery or Kalpetta which is 25 km from Bathery. There are many good hotels, resorts and home stays at Wayanad to make your holidays a memorable one.
