The Yoga education basically is based on four aspects that are Dharma called Duty and Cisipline , Jnana called Knowledge , Vairagya called Detachment and Aishvarya called Self-Realization , these aspects are related with Astanga Yoga. Yama , Niyama , Asana , Pranayam , Pratyahar, Dharna, Dhyan , Smadhi these all are the Classical Yoga.

Yoga dose doesn't teach not only asanas and pranayams but also teaches how to Live Life. The basic value system that we are proposing though the curriculum includes general precepts universally applicable to enhance a child's personality like self analysis, peace, faith, tranquility, co-operation and performing one's duties.

Nowadays Research on Yoga in Education is the implementation of simple yoga techniques adapted for the classroom to help manage the energies of person and teachers .These RYE techniques can be used from nursery to University. These Techniques are most beneficial for everybody .The benefits are like respecting and listening to self and other ,to grow positive thoughts and good humour , maintaining the health of body and mind , to straighten the spine and develop correct posture , to learn that physical activity can lead to relaxation of body and mind , to develop correct breathing , to manage stress and regulate energy levels , learning to relax and rest the body and mind ,learning to relax and rest the body and mind ,to install periods of silence and structured rest ,to improve receptivity to teaching and to enhance learning ,learning to concentrate, develop visual memory and creativity ,to raise the pleasure of learning.

The Yoga education is a much deeper process. A teacher of yoga also a student of life. There is nothing wrong with the evolution of teacher training, but the traditional form of training took many years and is much less common today. There are many reasons for this like Family, work, and financial obligations, and many more.

Mediation is one of the most important part of yoga.Yoga is most beneficial for our body ,by this Increase flexibility ,this leads to a healthier body. Help us to lose excess flab and weight. Massaging the internal organs of the body. Helping to treat health disorders. It works as a refresher for our body.
