Without even its being a decent reason. His employer decided to not have his services without even letting him know the real reason. Mark says, it was the holiday season and everyone was enjoying in his friend circle but he was given a big reason to not to smile. His employer David Manson, the owner/the franchisee of an international chains of food joint in Texas, kicked him out of the job on the 6th of January 2011.
He gave a reason behind, when Mark contacted him through fellow workers in the restaurant, that he was very lazy at the workplace so the owners decided to expel him from the food joint.
Mark was stunned with this such reason as he along with many other co-workers believed that Mark was one of the most active men at work. His girlfriend, Stacy Twain suggested him to seek some help from a full service Law firm. He searched out on internet and also spoke to many of his friends in this regard and found a good full service law firm in his neighborhood.
Mark Wilton contacted the law firm with all the details of what exactly has happened to him and his job. Mark gave them all the details of his employer. He also told them about his activities or we can also call it the Job Profile. Mark said that he was working as a Cook cum Steward in the restaurant since last July which was July 2010. The person interrogating him in the Law firm was surprised to hear that even after working for such long period how can a Boss dismiss one of his employees by giving out this stupid reason that he was lazy.

He replied that only since last week into his he was not able to perform his duty because he got his hands burned on the past Friday night. The Law firm took a note of this point and sent a legal notice to the owner of the restaurant, David Manson.
The person from that full service law firm assured Mark that either he will get back his job or he will get compensated by the employer. After a few hearings of the Court, Mark not only was offered and appointed to the same job but also he got a handsome compensation from his employer.
