During World War One, Count Francesco Baracca - a fighter pilot in the Italian Air Force used the symbol of a prancing horse. The owner of Ferrari cars, Enzo Ferrari created a combination from the image of a prancing horse with a yellow background and displayed the design in the shape of a shield. The shield is used to portray the bravery and courage that the fighter pilot Count Francesco demonstrated during World War One.

2.Mitsubishi:

The three diamond shaped logo by Mitsubishi represents the very nature of the firm. In Japanese, the word Mitsu means three; while Hishi is used to denote the shape of a diamond. The logo was created in 1870 by Yataro Iwasaki. The smart choice of red color has made the company look more attractive and bold; putting together the three diamonds has proven very beneficial for this motor corporation as it depicts strength and cohesiveness among them.

3.Mercedes Benz:

4.Ford:

The differentiation point for Ford is its most unique typeface. The famous monogram for Ford was crafted by CH Wills in 1909. The smart use of silver color text on a blue color background, encased in an oval shape has proved Fords logo to be one of the most elegant logo across the world.
