African Mango - Does It Actually Work?

Ever Been Disappointed By A Weight Loss Product?

I sure have. Being overweight, I know what it is like to feel that need to lose weight fast. That need to feel better and look better. There were many times that I thought that i had found the new breakthrough in weight loss, only to try it out and have it not work as promised. It is very disappointing to say the least.

I was watching The Dr. Oz show recently and he did a segment on African Mango. I was very intrigued by it. It is a mango that grows solely in eastern Africa, namely Cameroon. Its extract is said to have great weight loss capabilities.

My African Mango Extract Experience

With all the stories of results that I had heard and with a recommendation from Dr. Oz I decided to give it a shot myself! I did a lot of research and found the most reputable brand available, then ordered a bottle.

Taking 2 pills a day (one before breakfast and one before dinner) I started my test. I did not get my hopes too high because of how many times I had been let down before though. I let two weeks pass before I weighed myself and to my surprise I had lost 9 pounds. I could only imagine the possibilities with exercise as well.

To answer the question at hand, African Mango does work. Not only does it work, but it works exactly as advertised. Plus, it is all natural so there are no bad side effects with it.

One word of caution though, there are many brands out there that are scams, either putting a recurring charge on your credit card or delivering a sub par product. Also, the price is a little high, but do not settle for the lower priced products on the market. These are adulterated to save money, and do not work as well!
