Next jot down what it would mean in case you didn't lose the weight. Essentially, the opposite of whatever you just wrote by what it means to you to obtain fit and healthy.

Once you've got pretty much everything written down, read it every single day. Once in the morning once in the night, right before you try to bed. After a couple of days and nights, I would practically promise that you don't like curries or even chocolate or soft drink drinks any more!
