7. Many exercise early in the morning without eating and have a very big lunch, a nice massage and then a long nap. For those who are genetically predisposed to store fat at the mere sight of food, this is not a great way to start a diet program.

8. Drink plenty of water. This helps to clear the toxins, hydrates the body and prevents the formation of acids which will hamper the belly fat loss.
