This is my Final Phase Fat Loss 2.0 review. You are probably wondering, what the heck is this program? I am going to tell you right now. Basically, it was designed to help people like yourself lose the those dreaded and annoying 5, 10, 15 pounds of body fat that is almost impossible to get rid of. You know the type of fat that no matter what you do, you just can't shake it off. You've tried everything and nothing ever worked. Well, supposedly Final Phase Fat Loss 2.0 is suppose to change that.

1. You lack variety. In order to get the most out of your training and to burn the most body fat humanly possible in the shortest time frame, you have to constantly change up your programs to get the most benefit. If you don't change you your exercise program, your body will become stagnant. You won't burn as many calories as you once did in the beginning and your weight loss will come to a screeching halt. Not cool if you ask me.

2. Your diet is off. This goes hand in hand with reason #1. If you have been doing the same diet the whole time you've been losing weight, you need to change it up. Why would you do the same diet when you were really over weight this whole time? You need to change it because your body is changing. You need to vary your calories so you keep losing weight at a constant pace and avoid the dreaded weight loss plateau.
