Insurance Fronting Might Risk Your Cover

Nowadays, motorists are indulging more in insurance fronting to save money on premium charges. The vehicle is insured on the name of less risky driver whether the car is driven more by a teenager to save on premium prices. When the kids grow and wish to drive the car independently, the parents search for an affordable insurance policy for them but most of the companies offer insurance cover at high premium to the teenager.

The parents indulge in fronting and name an experienced driver on the policy to get a cheaper deal. The insurance policy premium charges are high for young and low for older one so this huge difference makes the people do insurance fronting to save money.

Even according to a research by The Association of British Insurers, more and more of the drivers are in favour of insurance fronting. According to the new law, the average age of children added to their parent's car insurance policy is now risen to 31 so more children take advantage of it. Now the people even at the age of 30 do not need to take separate insurance policy and enjoy the risk cover from the car insurance policy of their parents.

The people do insurance fronting regarding the details of their age and occupation. As the insurance companies charge hefty premium for the people indulged in work that need more driving or night driving as these are quite unsafe for both the vehicle and the driver. The people lie about their occupation to get affordable insurance policy.

If you think that you can get claim easily even after fraud your details then think again. As most of the insurance companies reject the claim plea of the motorists engaged in such fraudulent cases. So if you do not want to risk your insurance cover then do not hide any important facts or give any false information to your insurance company.

It is true that every driver wants to get a good cover at cheap prices but do not be untruthful or deceive your insurance company as otherwise in the case of emergency you might have to face the problem in getting the claim.
