Firstly, the pan is not non-sticky out of the box. To make it non-sticky you have to add a little amount of oil on the pan and then rub it to spread it evenly to all of the green part of the pan. And then you need to put the pan on the stove and heat it on high heat until you see it smokes then you need to let it cool. After it cooled down you can wash it with soap and it will remain non-stick.
The above procedure is written in the instruction manual so make sure to read them because there are many people that do not read the manual and complain that it did not work as advertised.
