If you don't upload a photograph BeNaughty hits you with a pop-up telling you how many messages you've missed because girls have passed you by. Pretty good and the first I've seen of that. Dating sites are becoming so well marketed.
Once you've done this, it'll take all of 5 minutes, you can then look around.
