This particular document shows the amount of money that a particular employee earns and it is normally given to all the employees in a certain company. This particular document entails many things that are relevant to the payment of a particular individual. This document contains:

The gross pay which is usually the total amount that an employee receives in a month without any deductions.

The income tax which is normally the term given to the amount of money that an employee usually pays to the Inland Revenue. However, not all employees pay the same amount of money as payment is made on the basis of his or her total income.

Also on the document contains the duration for which a particular employee has to be paid his or her salary.

The payslip is very important in that it is used as a record document that can be used by the employee for future references. This particular document is used in many cases especially when a particular individual wants to be employed somewhere else because most employers usually want an individual to give them a payslip for his or her previous company. The reason why employers normally demand this document is because they want to know whether that particular individual worked for the company that he or she claims. This particular document is also essential in many other places such as banks especially when an individual wants to get a loan.
