The Hoover LINX Hand Held Vacuum is a Great Cordless Vacuum

The Hoover LINX cordless hand held vacuum is powered by the Hoover WindTunnel technology. I bought this hand held vacuum after seeing a TV commercial for it and reading some online reviews. I've always wanted a hand held vac to make cleaning hard to reach places easier for me.

Pros of the Hoover LINX Vacuum

This vacuum cleans very well. I have two dogs and it works great picking up dog air. I use on my couches and it sucks up hair and crumbs with ease. It's great for getting in the hard to reach spots between cushions. It also has a brushroller that works great on hardwood floors. I have hardwood floors, so I use it to get under and around my couch, as well as on the stairs.

The other nice feature of this vacuum is the dust cup. It is very simple to empty and clean. I had never used a bagless vacuum until I bought this, and it's great to be able to see all the dirt as it picks it up. The filters are also easy to remove and a breeze to clean.

Cons of the Hoover LINX Vacuum

As I mentioned I like to use this for cleaning my hardwood stairs. Although it is simple to use, it can be awkward at first and can tire out your arm when holding it up to clean the stairs. A stair handle would be nice, but that is a very minor inconvenience.

Overall, this vacuum is a great buy. It's ease of use and cleaning ability make it a great choice for a handheld vacuum. The battery life is great, but make sure that you do not store the vacuum on the battery charger. You should run the battery until it is almost dead before you place it on the charger. Leaving the battery on the charger all the time can kill your battery. If something happens to go wrong though, the battery does have a two tear warranty, so you can get a new one at no charge.

If you are in need of a cordless hand held vacuum, you should seriously consider the LINX from Hoover.
