Water damage could be due to any reasons as it has number of sources like leaking, plumbing, natural disasters including floods, hail damage and many others. 5. Strainers can be used in the bathroom drains to stop hair from going down the drain. It's easier process than unclogging a drain.

6. Check the home gutters whether it bears the heavy rain or not. In case it overflows then the gutters need to be cleaned regularly to avoid the falling of leaves etc.

7. Check your attic for water infiltration and so on.

Restoration Industry Association (RIA) b.) Institution of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). These can work with your contractor on-site and manage the remediation/restoration process with you. When you don't find anybody to manage the re-mediators on water damage then you can contact these organizations and these will assist you happily.
